This Policy applies to the personal data of all Brain Power personnel, suppliers and any related users, including but not limited to visitors to this website, users of our products or services, employees of customers and suppliers, job applicants, visitors to our sites, investors, and contract and litigation counterparties ("you").

Whenever we collect, keep or use personal data for a given purpose, we explain it clearly, respect your right to choose, and proceed only with your consent.
You do not need to provide any personal data to browse this website. The site has no online forms, member registration or newsletter subscription. We only receive the data you choose to give us, such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of our correspondence, when you contact us by email or phone, for example to ask about products or services, apply for a job, or arrange a visit or audit. You may choose not to provide personal data, but we may then be unable to reply or provide the related service.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics tools. It only remembers the language version you choose in your browser; this setting stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be cleared in your browser at any time.
The website is hosted on Google Firebase and some fonts are served by Google Fonts. When delivering pages, these services may process connection information such as IP addresses under their own privacy policies.
5. Retention and security
We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and take appropriate organizational and technical measures to prevent it from being stolen, altered, damaged, lost or leaked.
