Sustainability
PCB manufacturing uses a lot of water, power and chemicals. We start with wastewater treatment, renewable energy and workplace safety, and manage corporate social responsibility across five areas.
Environmental protection

Wastewater treatment plant
The Qingyuan plant runs its own wastewater treatment facility, sized for the planned capacity of 1.2 million ft², with discharge meeting Guangdong Province Grade 1 emission standards.
- 15Treatment basins
- 7,000 m³Daily capacity
- Grade 1Guangdong emission standard

Rooftop solar power
Solar panels on the Qingyuan plant roofs feed the site through a low-voltage grid connection. They have generated about 1.2 to 1.3 million kWh a year recently, cutting CO₂ emissions by more than about 1,250 tonnes in 2025.
- 1,447.2 kWInstalled capacity
- 6,872 m²Panel area
Environmental management
The Qingyuan plant is certified to ISO 14001 for environmental managementRenewal TBC, and controls hazardous substances in its products with an IECQ QC 080000 hazardous substance process management system.
Chemical and bath management
Process baths are tested by automatic potentiometric titrators with results uploaded to MES in real time, and 22 chemistries are monitored with SPC. The chemistry lab also monitors baths and wastewater with atomic absorption spectroscopy and COD, conductivity and pH measurements.
Caring for our people
The site has employee dormitories and amenities. We provide occupational health checks and fire evacuation drills, and bring the team together through sports and festival events.

Corporate social responsibility management
We manage our plants’ social responsibility across five areas: labor and human rights, health and safety, environment, ethics, and management systems.
This covers prohibiting child labor and protecting young workers, prohibiting forced labor, working hours and wages, non-discrimination and discipline, freedom of association, dormitories and canteens, facility health and safety, fire safety, chemical safety and environmental protection.
